Our telemechanics system at the renewable energy sources has received two Gazprom awards

General Information

Scientific production association "Vympel" has received two "Gazprom" awards for innovative technologies in gas mining. for the telemechanics systems using renewable energy sources for the gas condensate fields, as well as the automated complex for enhancement of declining production using concentric production strings.
The telemechanics system created by SPC Vympel is designed for centralized automatic control of gas wells and used at both powered and non-powered industrial sites.
Using the complex at non-powered production sites is possible due to the ultra-low energy consumption of all components of the system developed by SPC Vympel.
The developed and tested climate protection measures ensure the normal functioning of the complex in severe climatic conditions, including the Far North in the absence of heating.
Characteristics of the operating facilities:
1. The ambient temperature is from -60 to +50°C.
2. High humidity of air up to 98% at a temperature of 30°С.
3. Atmospheric pressure from 495 to 795 mm Hg.
4. Difficult access to gas wells 9 months a year.
5. Working pressure of the medium to be measured is up to 250 kg/cm2.
6. The temperature of the medium to be measured is -30 to +40°C.
The absolute minimum of the air temperature since the operation start is -63°C (recorded in January 2006).
In total, more than 1000 wells, including the ones in the Far North, have been automated with the telemechanics systems using renewable energy sources.
