PLK 3000 controller

The PLC 3000 performs the functions of monitoring and controlling local equipment, and communicating with the dispatch control level and with other units of the complex. The controller can be reconfigured to expand its functionality by adding expansion modules.
The PLK 3000 controller supports the following information protocols for various communication interfaces: TCP, UDP, IP, PPP, NTP, DHCP, Modbus RTU, IEC 60870-5-101 / 104.
All modules support the "lock" mode, in which all module outputs take a predetermined state in the event of a specific blocking signal.
The PLK 3000 supports various power saving modes: disabling unused components, reducing performance to reduce power consumption, sleep modes.
The PLK 3000 can accomodate:
  • up to 592 discrete input/output lines;
  • up to 288 analog I/O lines;
  • up to 100 lines of serial interfaces RS232, RS485;
  • up to 74 twisted pair Ethernet channels;
  • up to 24 fiber optic Ethernet channels.
The PLK 3000 software is updated via data interface: debugging RS232; Ethernet; Wi-Fi (ad-hoc mode).
