The CONG-Prima-10C analyzer has proven that it is possible to measure hydrocarbon condensate dropout point of 5 mg/m³ at a pressure of 2.7 MPa. This particular gas quality parameter is specified in the requirements of ISO 6570. The instrument has been tested on an experimental gravimetric unit at FSUE D.I. Mendeleyev VNIIM (Federal State Unitary Enterprise D.I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology).
The CONG-Prima-10C is the only dew-point hygrometer on the market with such functionality. The CONG-Prima-10C analyzer measures the specific quantity of hydrocarbon condensate that drops out of the gas at gas temperatures below the hydrocarbon dew point. This parameter, more so even than the hydrocarbon dew point, is the most meaningful in gas flow phase state monitoring. At this moment, the analyzer is being tested at the facilities of Gasunie, a Dutch gas company, together with a GACOM unit (a portable unit for automatic gravimetric measurement of phase state values for potential content of liquid hydrocarbon). Over 6 months of operation, the CONG-Prima-10C has proved that it is possible to measure a dropout point for up to 5 mg/m3 of hydrocarbon condensate in gases with various component composition.

The conference took place at the SPA Vympel complex in Dedovsk, Russia near Moscow.
